Dell Printers

I have tried unsuccessfully for 3 weeks to order a new printer cartridge for a 3330dn printer. It does not show up in the online ordering on the Australian Dell website, but does show up on the US site.  Their customer service is ZERO.

 

Has anyone had a similar issue. Can I get these cartridges anywhere else?

Otherwise, advice on a replacement, NON-DELL printer might be appropriate?

Gary - googling 'dell 3330dn toner' will show a number of suppliers - I used Ink Station last week to buy 2 black cartridges for our Dell printer - see http://www.inkstation.com.au/dell-toner-cartridges-prn-3689.html

Hi Garry - we finally ditched our Dell Printer - it has been fantastic - double sided printing! - I no longer have to deal with Dell and I am so happy:)

Our other location DOESN'T have Dell printers. I brought 3 cartridges following the above advice. Hope I haven't jinxed myself.
