Does anyone use A5 stationary

Does anyone out there use A5 stationary?

That is, if we dropped the A5 stationary set from the standard release package (leaving only A4 and US Letter) would anyone object?

[The reason for asking is that I am renovating the system documents for the 1.9 release, and it would lessen the workload if I don't have to renovate and test the A5 set.]

Re: Does anyone use A5 stationary

We use A5 for all invoices, reminders  and receipts.

Re: Does anyone use A5 stationary

We also use A5 as our main letterhead,

2 YES votes means A5 stays.  Thanks for the feedback.  Regards, Tim G

We got rid of A5. I would love to know how to change the set up of our receipts so they don't need 3 pages of printing for an invoice after a complicated surgery with 12 items on the invoice

Hi,

With templates in 1.8 you can print templates as an aggregate. I.e. if you have a surgery template with 10 different items within it. You can set invoices up to print the template name and price (1 line item) rather than as 10 different line items.

Cheers,

ABS

That being said unless you have a whole lot of stuff in the summary you should fit more that 12 items on 1 page.

Garry - I must be missing something.  The standard receipt just shows the customer's payment. I you really mean the A5 invoice, I have just been playing with the version of this that will be in the 1.9 release, and because the fonts are scaled down, it will happily hold in excess of 20 line items. That is an A5 invoice, looks very like an A4 invoice that has been reduced in size by 50%.
