Price Import and Export

Does anyone have any tricks they have developed for using the price Export and then re-Import functionality.

I would really like to make use of this but can't seem to make it work and just get the following error.

Unrecognised document: speys may 2016.csv

Make sure your file has been saved as comma-separated rather than tab-separated values.

The boxes that are ticked are comma, semi-colon and quoted field as text.

I have also tried a version with detect special numbers instead.

I have also tried saving as .odt

I have always exported first and essential used that as the template -

When I open it I ONLY have comma ticked

When I export I simply SAVE AS and choose to keep the current format...
