drug label error printing

Hi every one,
I have the Open VPMS installed in the main server, consult room computer is networked to main server. When we try to print a drug label for any selected medication from the networked computer in consult room, the open VPMS will preview a different drug and different customer from the one was selected
i.e if you are on selected customer page and you select antirobe medication then you try to print a label for the patient ,the previewed label will show macrolone or Urex instead of antirobe . This problem only happened today and only does happen from the networked computer not from the main computer server where the OpenVPMS is installed. Does any one know how to fix the problem?

Re: drug label error printing

Hi,

It definitely does sound like a strange issue. When printing a Drug Label directly OpenVPMS talks to the selected printer directly from the application residing on the server and as such should behave exactly the same as if you had printed it locally on the server.

In the case of a preview though it generates a pdf preview and downloads this to the local browser for preview. I think this is where the issue is in your case and it would seem it is somehow picking up a previous downloaded document. Not sure how.

On the networked workstation what prints if you print the drug label directly i.e no preview ?

Cheers Tony
