Drug Label Printing

I am sure this is a really obvious fix but I can't figure it out, so hope someone can help...

When printing medication labels on our drug label printer, if you change the quantity from 1 to 2 or 3 or whatever, we still only get 1 label printed.

We use the same printer to print our patient labels (same roll of paper etc). If you print these and change the quantity to 2 or 3, we do get the amount we requested. Therefore, I don't think it is a problem with the printer or printer set up.

Is it something in the medication template that I need to change?

Hi Greta,

Sounds a bit strange.  Check the copies setting in the template itself and tell if there are any differences between the two. Possibly the template setting is being used instead of the printer dialog setting in some circumstances ?
