Hi Jocelyn,Until we get the email button on the print dialogue developed the best way is to preview the document, save (from inside acrobat reader) and then attach to the email.CheersTony

For some reason I cannot find the option to save the previewed history as suggested in the above post? When I right click, there is no Save option and there is also no save button anywhere in the window?

Could be the same reason as described in this post

i.e the adobe plugin doesn't give access to the file or email buttons. Solution outlined in the post :-)
