Error message when reminders attempt to list

Hi,

Our vaccination reminder system has been up and running a couple of months printing and send all functions working well.

However the list function in either the Send All or using the Report button now consistently throw up an error.

'Failed to generate report: Can only report on single objects' . I need to skip the list and carry on and print out reminders. Initially all worked sweet listing reminders as intended and as yet I havent sussed what changes I made that have thown a spanner in the works. Both the practice system and test workstation have both gone the same way. Another workstation sitting independent at home lists nicely but the reminder system on that hasnt been setup up properly.

Any clues as to what Ive set wrong much appreciated.

Cheers Geoff

Not related to the above problems  :

Incidently as a result of 'can we use those cards theyre cute '  I spent yesterday  setting up a template to print to Intervets Nobivac reminder cards (pets with post-its attached) addressing them and adding the animals and clinics details - looks real professional. So much for my nicely worded reminder letter!

Using a dual paper source (tray plus top sheet feeder) inkjet that defaults to envelopes at the top if the report doesnt match the bottom tray I can use Send All to print a reminder run addressing cards for the first reminder and letters for subsequent reminders in a print run.

I also had a go today at setting up Triannual reminders sending out an Intervet card initially for year one and two and a reminder letter for year three.

The Intervet Nobivac card handles the Triannual dilemna nicely in that they are invited for a health check and vaccination assessment so hopefully theyll still walk in the door at year one and two. If the other companies reminders are just straight vax cards perhaps have a word in their ear.

Re: New General User's Discussion Forum topic: Error message whe

Hi Geoff,

I had a recent situation recently, sounds like it could be the same problem:

When I uploaded the new template I had incorrectly set it to a document type of 'patient reminder' but it should be a patient letter. Because the system then had 2 patient reminder templates it was trying to use the letter in place of the patient reminder report.

Hi Matt Y,

Exactly the problem.

Just two rarely used templates (rabbits!) had the wrong document type and they stalled everything from listing.

Much thanks

Cheers Geoff
