Estimates since going to 1.9.3

Folks
Have noticed since our last upgrade that you can't put a zero in the quantity field for an estimate.
Previously, when we estimated something like a dental, we would often estimate -
1 x low / 0 x high = grade 2 dental
and then
0 x low / 1 x high = grade 3 dental
Now won't let us.
Re: Estimates since going to 1.9.3
What's the error message?
This can occur if you have the practice Minimum Quantities option enabled, and you are generating an estimate from a product template.
Here, the product template's low quantities determine the minimum quantities you can set in in the estimate.
Re: Estimates since going to 1.9.3
The min quantity box is not ticked in the practice location.
Re: Estimates since going to 1.9.3
Ah. You have a low quantity greater than a high quantity.
Is this to show the customer that the price will be somewhere between grade 2 dental, and grade 3 dental?
Ideally, this would be done by generating an estimate for each service.
As of 1.9, estimate items must have a low quantity <= the high quantity. The main reason for this was to prevent incorrect estimates being generated.
There is detail on the change here: https://openvpms.atlassian.net/browse/OVPMS-1782
Your implementer can remove it to return to the behaviour you want.
