Estimation Report

I have downloaded the estimation report, but after I enter parameters and preview is comes up with an Error O message.

I initially downloaded this report a few months ago and it worked successfully, but didn't allow us to print estimates. Deleted the report and now cannot obtain any information.

Just quickly if you are trying to print estimates you dont need the estimation report

Estimation printing is done from the CUSTOMER workspace - sub workspace ESTIMATIONS

Hightlight the estimation and click PREVIEW then print it...

 

I would need a link to the estimation report you downloaded to tell you what it is supposed to do.
