How to Get Patient Clinical Event Report delimited by date

With an increasing number of insured pets, I'm using the Patient Clinical Event report to save me writing up the history on the insurance form by hand.  However, it's an "all-in" report and I'm wondering how I can generate a Patient Clinical Event type report that is able to be limited by start and finish date so that only the relevant patient notes are printed; currently I print the PCE and discard the older date pages, but it's not neat.

I fossicked through "Shared Resources" but can't really find what I'm looking for.

At the top of the Summary tab you can specify the date range to display by unticking 'All' and entering the 'From' and 'To' dates.

This same date range is used when printing.
