How do i load the insurance claim form, i have already added the insurer?

Insurance claim form templates are included as part of the distribution package - you might need the modify them if the insurer specifies a custom form.  - we have a standard template that used to base your new form on.

Upload the form and specify the form type as Insurance Claim - Custom

Then link it to the party Insurance supplier.
