Jim - the system lists 118 current subscribers (ie those who have paid their subscription through the system). There is no quick way to count the number not in Australia - but my guestimate is around a dozen (I can think of Hong Kong 2, Ireland 1, Canada 1, US 2, Caribbean 1, S.Africa 1, Denmark 1).

There are also 36 'ex-subscribers' - ie practices who have had a subscription sometime in the past, but not currently. 

Note that we don't have any way of tracking practices who are using OpenVPMS but are not paying a subscription [and I know that at least one of the ex-subscribers is in this category].

The advent of 1.8.1 with its more severe nagging may cause more current non-subscribers to cough up.

Finally, I am not sure that counting subscribers gives an accurate picture (since it weights a single vet practice the same as a multi-location multi-vet business). It would be perhaps better to also have the EFT vet numbers but I don't have this.
