IDEXX Vet Connect plus set up in the USA?

Hello, has anyone successfully set up IDEXX in the US? I keep getting errors saying. Any advice is appreciated!

Hi,

As I understand it the Vetconnect Integration is currently only available in Australia but I cannot see why it couldn't be setup in other regions given Idexx enable it at their end.  The API is hosted in the USA and the infrastructure is central so must be an admin/setup issue . 

I think the best approach is to contact your local Idexx support to see what they can do.  :-)
