Investigations not migrating onto Client file

This will be simple I am sure. For some reason our in folder has eleventy million images and pdfs waiting to go out of our IN folder and into clients files and attach to investigations.

How do I fix this?

Garry - I can think of the following possibilities:

the document loader is not running
it is running but some files are not being loaded because of errors (eg the investigation number is 12345678 but the file name contains '22345678')

Are some getting loaded? If so then 2. is the problem and the only way to fix things is to either manually attach the file using Workflow|Investigations and then editing the appropriate investigation to attach the file and set the status to received.

If nothing is getting loaded then 1. is the problem.
