Jira Capture Plugin
I have installed Jira Capture on the Jira server -

In can be used both the OpenVPMS QA prior to full release and to report on GUI issues as well as for the Website to report on layout and design issues.
It is not a bug capture device in as far as it doesnt debug code, but it can help screenshot and report on design issues and faults that testers encounter you can install a plugin for your browser that allows access. Jira capture will capture additional information such as the browser/device you are using and help reproduce errors more consistently.
You will need a Jira account to use it.
