Following on from the discussion of what we would like to see in version 1.7 I would like to remind you all of the great opportunity that we all have to make these changes happen. The cost of using OpenVPMS is much lower than any comparably functional clinic software but all of us should see the subscription cost as just a proportion of the annual cost. For instance, if we all budgeted on spending an equivalent amount to our annual subscription on supporting the Jira(s) of our choosing, many of these projects would be brought to fruition. 

Remember that there is virtually no other software of this capability in our industry that allows you the opportunity to make improvements in this way. Many in the user community have gone beyond this and fully funded the projects they most want to see. This last month for example the projects that have been funded include:
