Hi,

We generate a lot of referral letters for example and discharge statements. Most of these start off as notes.

We would like to propose a "Create Letter from Note" or "Create Letter from Visit" button we can press that we can use to streamline this process.

The idea would be that we could select a single (or multiple) notes, or a visit in the medical records screen or edit visit screen and then click this button. You could select a Letter that the text could be dropped into....

Obviously there needs to be some more thought behind this (what happens if you have multiple input fields, etc.

But it would considerably improve our current workflow if we can get this right.
