Medical history templates

Hi,

Is there a template that can be used for the medical history that has entries for something like this?:

Temp:

Skin/Integ:

CVS:

Resp:

etc...

It would make our entries much more standardised and quicker.

Ta,

Trevor

Re: Medical history templates

Most use a macro to do this

I have one I called ex_nad that stands for examination no abnormalities detected.

Basically I enter ex_nad in the notes and the macro system expands a complete exam template.

Re: Medical history templates

The other trick is to use a product template - since the Visit Notes field is automatically pushed into the medical records. ie you have both a service Consult and a template Consult (or maybe T-Consult to make its selection faster) which contains your examination template in its Visit Notes, and includes one product, the service Consult.
