Merging Suppliers

Hi,

I'm tidying up some duplicate suppliers (Veterinarians and Veterinary Clinics) and wondering if there is a way to merge suppliers, like you can with Customers & Patients.

If not, has anyone done this tidying up before? Do you print off a report of patients linked to a supplier and then manually change their referring vet, then delete the duplicate?

There's currently no support to merge vets or vet practices.

If there is enough interest, we can set up a project to support it.

This might make things easier.

Hi Simon,

I've pretty much done what I needed manually, but this will help next time.

It would still be good to be able to merge them rather than deactivate one, as often they have active patients, but in the meantime i just manually change the patients one by one.
