Hi Amanda,
1. Goto any Patient Workspace (Information , Medical Records)
2. Click on select. Enter partial or full or scan microchip number in name
field.
3. Important. Make sure identity search and All patients ticked. Click
Find.
4. Should give you list of patient(s) with matching microchip number.
BTW works same with any Patient identity (Pet Tags etc)
Cheers
Tony

Not working
Hi
I have tried to seach for the chips this way and im getting no match found.
It will let me put in 4 number for a tag and will search tags for me, but any more than 4 numbers for a microchip number it wont do.
I might be doing something wrong is their any trouble shooting.

Microchip number searches
Hi Jocelyn,
How are you entering the microchip or pet tag in the search field ?
Have you tried entering the first 8 or so numbers ?
Are you definitely ticking All patients and Identities check boxes ?
Cheers
Tony
