Multiple Idexx Investigations for one patient
Hi,
Just wondering if anyone has a solution or how you handle multiple Idexx inhouse investigations for the one patient.
When a patient has:
* Biochemistry Clip
* Additional single biochemistry slide
* Hematology
These are all invoiced in a template (or separately), which creates three investigations.
We have tried to get staff to press ok on the first investigation submission and skip the other two, but the system with Idexx vetconnect has changed a bit and we can no longer reliably do this. So the patient ends up having 3 tests in our Vetlab station.

IDEXX VetLab Station tests should group under the one investigation (with an IDEXX VetLabStation Investigation Type) if they are invoiced at the same time. Once you click Submit Investigations, new tests cannot be added to the investigation, but will get added to a new one.
If you click OK on the Invoice, you will be prompted to submit any pending investigations. If you click Skip, these won't be submitted, and you can continue adding tests when you next edit the invoice.
In other words, to ensure all tests are under the one investigation type, delay submission till all of the tests are charged.
