Hi,

Just a thought as I was doing schedule blocking for 2022.

Would it be possible to enter Public Holidays into the Schedule Views? The schedule would automatically go grey and the calendar blocks wouldn't be there, but it wouldn't interfere with repeating calendar blocks.

It would probably stop reoccuring appointments or come up with an alert.

The problem I have is that I put the calendar blocks in for the year and then go and edit the public holidays and block them off with full day calendar blocks. But when I edit the original calendar block or try to add new repeating blocks it errors because of the public holidays.

I agree it is a nightmare..... and would like an easier system that perhaps a message comes up with the appointment that is blocking and an option

continue and delete the block

continue and adjust the block

cancel...

This comes up every time we have to adjust the schedule and leads to alot of frustration and wasted time

Would it be possible to set the public holidays by practice location or schedule view/schedule? For example, our clinic in Geelong has different public holiday to our clinic in Melbourne.

If we can enter the public holidays into administration - schedule view/schedule and then when doing recurring calendar blocks (ie same consult blocks that repeat each Monday), it would just skip over the public holiday Mondays and continue on.
