New Consent forms, discharge notes

Hi, 

We are looking to update our current consent forms, new logo, wording etc.

What is the best way forward to complete this, are there standard templates available.

The standard templates are available in the download package as part of the install.

Obviously if you want custom designed templates with a custom font a installer can adjust these for you.

 

Templates are edited with either JasperReports or OpenOffice.  If you need a third party to help you can find info on the Support page.
