Hello - has been awhile since I added a new product and cannot seem to upload the correct test for an Idexx blood test and not sure what I am doing wrong.... comes up with this error when I select the test that I need???

Hi Anna,
This is an issue on the Vetconnect Plus side (test names with lots of strange characters) which we built a new plugin to fix while they fixed it internally. We have loaded this for you and resynchronised the tests so everything should be Ok now..
