Adrian - I will knock this up for you, but I need a better spec.  My guess is:

Parameters: From date, To date only - no practice location, no customer location, no account type, no clinician selection

Output:

• designed for export, ordered by date/time ascending
• ignores unfinalised transactions
• shows only invoices and counter sales, no credit notes, payments etc
• columns: date (as dd/mm/yyyy), time (as hh:mm:ss), weekday (Mon=0, Sun=6), invoice/counter sale indicator, total amount, tax amount, clinician name, practice location and customer's suburb & postcode. [Where the customer has multiple contacts, these are ranked as follows:
    If preferred and purpose Correspondence - score 30
    If purpose Correspondence - score 20
    If preferred - score 10
    else score 0
  The highest rank contact is used, and if more than one has the highest rank, then the newest is used.]
• date/time is invoice start time

Target: 1.8
