Note bubble on Schedule Screen

Hi,

I have just remembered that I was going to get a snap shot of this event & get someone to have a look at it. I think I have attached it.

To remind you - when you hover over the notes icon on each appointment, the bubble appears with all the notes in it. The bubble does not disappear until you hover over another one. In other words, they do not disappear after a prescribes period of time like perhaps they should, or simply disappear when you more the cursor away from the icon. In this case it perminantly blocks part of the appointment above & the note bubble above.

Also, just noticed that if you hover over a note icon in the far right column (3rd column for us) the extended note / bubble appears off screen and part of it therefore can not be read. Not sure if anyone else has noticed this.

Not sure if this is just our set up or a general problem in the program.

The notes will disappear when you click somewhere else on the screen, or hover over another note.

There is no facility to display them for a limited period of time.

 

If part of the note goes off screen, a scrollbar will be displayed at the bottom of the screen.

You can drag this to see the rest of the note.

If you click on the note bubble itself it disappears.
