At the recent ASAVA conference a leading pet insurer said they were currently beta testing online insurance claims for RxWorks. They said the next system they will implement will be Open VPMS. Thru data mining & number of insurance submissions they know Open VPMS is the 2nd most widely used vet software in Australia. This is a stat no-one else had ever really made known to me. So well done Open VPMS !
