Provide a facility to export reports accessed through Reports ->Reporting as CSV files rather than just being able to Preview and Print in standard PDF format.

On the Report Criteria and Print dialogue ad an Export button which will download the report data in CSV format.

Take into account Pagination and page header and footer suppression when outputting in CSV format.
