patient deceased report

Hi,

We;re trying to use the "patient deceased report" to find clients to send sympathy cards to.

There seems to be a problem, as not many of the patients are appearing on the report. The patients showing on the report are deceased but still have the "active" box ticked. The deceased patients not showing on the report have the box unticked which seems to happen automatically when billing a euthanasia.

Is this a problem with the report, or something we are doing?

Hi Kerry,

There was some discussion in a forum topic about this some time back and a new report was developed to fix a problem with the active flag.  The particular comment with the new report attached is here.
