Patient form attached to task

Hi,

This is a long shot, but I've been asked to ask...

When creating a New Flow Sheet from the worklist, is there a way to have a pop-up asking if you'd like patient labels (they are a patient form in our system) printed?

We have this function in our normal check-in process with some departments, but other departments only occasionally admit a patient, and we'd like to remind the vet when checking the patient into Smart Flow Sheet that they need to print the patient labels too.

Another option would be to link one document with another (consent form - patient letter - link to a patient label - patient form), but I don't think that's possible either.

No, this isn't supported. Would it just prompt to print forms linked to the work list?

If so, this would be fairly straight forward to do.

Hi Tim,

Not sure how that would work with the current work flow. That's ok, we will keep reminding staff to manually print the forms when checking into smart flow.
