Patient search owners listed alphabetically

Is it possible to set up so when patient is searched owners are listed alphabetically?
 
Our vets would be stoked if this were the case.
 
(NOTE: Currently works when searched under Customer but not when searched under Patient).

I am not sure how this would work.

 

Givent the current search for patients is fuzzy ie a search for `Mil ` would bring up `Millie, Milicent, Milo etc etc` if this wasnt alphabetical it would be annoying.  I guess we could add a secondary order by client last name....

I suspect the best change to make would be to make it so you can click the owner field to order by that field .. like you can currently with patient name / details and id.
