& and / not valid in last name field of customer

Just wondering when the character & became non valid in a name field?  I assume its the propercase that cause the invalidation?

Ignore this Tim it wasnt the problem the staff member was trying to update the client last name via the appointment creation field

ie user error

The error was:

Failed to validate property Customer: Cooper / Parker is not valid for this field

If it wasnt difficult I would update that error to be " Cooper / Parker - customer does not exist."

I can change it to: "... does not exist or is not valid for this field"

The code can't determine what the exact reason is as it executes a query which may have more than one constraint.

E.g you could try and enter an appointment for a customer and patient where the patient has changed owners. The patient exists, but isn't valid.
