Printer issues

Is anybody able to help me with the printer configuration, as every time i do reminders i have to sit and manually press the page button on my printer for each and every reminder.

Hi,

Printer issues can be near impossible to fix from description alone. My advice is to get your implementor to check your printer configuration.

Hi,

I would say that there is a mismatch between you rreminder template page size and the page size defined on the printer driver/printer.  If a printer receives a page size that is different then it thinks is in the selected tray it will ask you to confirm (the print button flashes).  Best to get the printers tray assignment selections correct first. Also cana sometimes tell driver/printer to auto continue despite paper size mismatch.

Getting this right is typiclaly an Integrator task .. i.e. the I.T. company that looks after you hardware etc.

Thanks for the input Guys, Turned out to be an easy fix by marrying up the template page sizes as Tony suggested.
