Printing Orders

Hi

We are using the Cenvet interface for ordering. We can not print the order after it is created (which we like to do so other staff can check whats been ordered).

The error message says "No document template available for report type:Order"

Hi Di,

This is just a matter of loading the relevant templates which are availble in the OpenVPMS relase but not loaded by default.  You need to:

  1. Create a new template in Administration -> templates for the Supplier Order report .  Type should be "Supplier Order" and load the report order.jrxml from the release reports folder.
  2. Create a new template for the Supplier Order items sub report.  Tye should be "subreport" and load the report orderitems.jrxml from the release reports folder.

Printing Orders should work once this is completed.
