Product Purchased Report

Hi,

Would anyone know if there is a product purchased report. I can find the sales reports but haven't been able to run a purchased. I would mainly use this when companies have promos and let you backdate purhcases rather than having to go thru each supplier invoice.

I can't see any contributed reporst that do this yet.

Can you give some idea of what criteria it would need (i.e filter by supplier, product, product type, dates )  and how it would need to be formatted i.e grouped by product and display date, supplier, qty, total cost  or grouped by supplier and display date, product, qty, total cost etc. ?

Also do you want to query just delivery information or both order and delivery information ?

Wow - I get a little overwhelmed with the possibilities.

The Data would only need to be relative to Delivery.

I can let you know how it worked in prev prac man system and I have confidence that you will improve on that.....

Prev you could click on a product and get Usage data on one tab and purchase info on a second tab.

The purchased info would include Different display options being -

Itemised - Displayed - Date, Prod Description, Supplier, qty, Cost.

Daily - not really used

Monthly - total of packs for the month and cost - no supplier info.

I guess this is not really an analysis report more of a quick flick for purchases.

I think it is great how in the Customer sales report you can put in eg Adv and get all the advantage/advocate/advantix info.

Something similar to this would work for us with deliveries even just with similar filters. Maybe with a total by month if it goes over a few months would be good. Maybe substitute Customer for supplier and nett cost exc rather then sale price.

Hi Bernie,

I have put together a quick report based on the Customer product sales report but modified to look at delivery information and display supplier details.  Allows you to filter by supplier, stock location, product, product type, product classifications and dates. Also provides option to detail or not.

Give it a try and provide feedback.  When useful we can put up in shared resources area.
