Project Idea - Communication Notes

Reception would like a medical record note E.g. "Note - Communication" that is put into the medical record. Automatically gets copied to "client communications" but is NOT printed in the medical history.

 

Thoughts?

Is that not covered by Display customer communications in patient history ?
