reminder report

Hello,

Just wondering if someone can point me in the right direction for a report to run to create a list of patients that have missed their proheart injection and vaccination due to COVID lockdown restrictions?

Feel that there are a lot of clients that have not come in over the last 6 months and want to reach out to them again.

I'm not aware of any report that does this.

Are you looking for a report that lists all:

  1. active patients (and customers) that
  2. have an In Progress reminder that was due; and
  3. haven't been in the clinic since the reminder was due?

Thank you, yes I would like to know the patients that have an In progress reminder - but they may have been in for a visit ie skin infection and goes on antibiotics so we cannot vaccinate them..... or they may not have been in 

We have delayed vaccinations due to covid lock down but have still been sending out the reminders automatically.

Now we want to create a list so that we can reach out to them to invite them back to have their health check and vaccination. 

I assume a lot of Victorian clinics that use OPEN will be in a similar situation.
