Restrict Authority to apply product (or product type)

Hi,

Is there a way to restrict a certain product or product type from being invoiced by non-admin users?

We would like to stop staff from applying the product "Discount" to invoices.

I explained to my staff that applying a discount was stealing and would be treated as such.

The reality is that staff with invoices rights can just change the unit price and achieve the same thing

I dont think there is a foolproof way of preventing what you are trying to prevent.
