How can I add a 'service fee' that added as a percentage on top of the total cost?

There isn't support to add a service fee as a percentage.

You can however:

  • use Fixed Prices on your products to incorporate a service fee
  • create a product that represents the service fee. E.g. a 15 minute consult product would be charged twice for a consult that takes 30 minutes
  • use Service Ratios. These are useful if you want to charge different rates for out of hours work, for example.
