Till balance report printing error message

Hi to all,
Has anyone encountered this error message after clicking on the Print button after the till balance has been cleared for the day? This appeared after we've upgraded to OpenVPMS 1.7 (from 1.6).
It said 'Failed to save Till Balance' with text 'Failed to execute the business rules for URI archetypeService.save.act.tillBalance.before.'
It appeared the money has been cleared and the report would still print from the printer despite the error message.

Antony - Tim A may know more. However, we have been running 1.7 (various Beta 2 releases) since 6 Jan (when we converted from RxWorks) I have scanned all the logs and I can only find one occurrence - on 13 Jan as follows:

Failed to save act.tillBalance.1.0:2469086:2e79d640-79a8-11e3-b74e-7901e013a7cc 13 Jan 2014 12:19:09,652 ERROR DialogErrorHandler,http-8080-21:68 - Failed to execute the business rules for URI archetypeService.save.act.tillBalance.before.
The tills (there are 3) have been cleared a total of 119 times.
Conclusions:
a) it's not an 'only happens if you upgrade from 1.6' problem - because we have never run 1.6.
b) it's not a 'happens every time you till balance' problem. [Note that because we operate 24/7 we use the 'Start Clear' button to let the business run while the till is cleared.]

Its a bug. When you print a till balance, the Printed flag is set and the till balance is saved.
When you clear a till balance, it is effectively made read-only. If there is an attempt to change it (such as setting the Printed flag), you'll get the error message displayed above.
In this case, you can just ignore the error. To avoid it altogether either:
