Hi,

Request from staff - Is it possible for openvpms to put a time stamp in the history when the patient is checked out. In the patient summary it says the start date and end date of the visit, but just wondering if there is somewhere that says what time they checked out.

** realise can payment, but sometimes payment isn't made exactly at check-out.

The visit end date actually reflects when the invoice was finalised.
If the invoice wasn't finalised, then it will reflect when the Check-Out was performed.

This can be made visible via a configuration file e.g.

To implement the above:

download the attached IMObjectTableModelFactory.xml_.txt file
copy to <TOMCAT_HOME>/webapps/openvpms/WEB-INF/classes/IMObjectTableModelFactory.xml
restart Tomcat

You will need to re-do the above each time you upgrade.

The other thing to be aware of is that you don't copy it over any existing customised IMObjectTableModelFactory.xml. If you have one already, you will need to merge the changes. Most sites don't so you should be safe to deploy as is.
