I have a schedule with a start time 08:00 and end time 17:00, slot size 15.

The Workflow-Scheduling screen shows time from 09:00 through 17:45  (with the Time option set to 'All')

Thus it's as though 1 hour has been added to the shedule start & end times.

Another possible clue: when using the AM & PM Time selections, the boundary is 1300, not 1200 as I would expect.

A further clue: if I move the 'viewed day' back and forward, things change. For 6 Oct and 8 Oct, the display is as expected (and with the AM/PM break at 1200).  However, for today (7 Oct - that day on which the DST change occurred) the 'one hour added' problem appears.

If I scan back and forth across 7 Apr 2013 (when we come off DST), then things are OK on each side, but on 7 Apr the shedule shows as 0700 through 16:45 and the AM/PM break is at 1100.  ie we now have a 'one hour subtracted' problem.

OPV version is 1.5.1; I am doing the development work in Australia on a Win7 system with the timezone set to (UTC+10:00) Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney. 

Conclusion: there is a real bug in the schedule display for the daylight saving change day.  However, since this is always a Sunday, the bug will not be visable with practices that do not operate on Sundays.
