Top Customers Sales Reports Issue

Just trying to generate a Christmas Card list for our top 96 clients (ie to fit to 4x24 labels per A4 page).

Whilst according to Shared Resources page, "the reports behave exactly the same", I'm finding that the reports "Top Customer Sales report" and "Top Customer Sales Export Report" generate different lists with #15 client on one list being #2 on the other (a difference of over $1.5k in sales).  Manual addition of invoices tells me that client sales are correct to position said client at #15 (so Export Report seems wrong).  At the bottom of the list the last 10 or so are completely different.

Is there an issue I'm unaware of?

The Top Customer Sales Export Report wasn't handling multiple location/email contacts. These were causing amounts to be counted multiple times.

I've updated the template at http://www.openvpms.org/customisation/top-customer-sales-export-report to correct this. Note that where multiple location or email contacts exist, it will return an arbitrary one, rather than the preferred one.
