Transferring account balances

Is there a way I can transfer one or multiple invoices from one client to another, without crediting or reversing and then re-entering the invoices onto the other client?

Re: Transferring account balances

Hi Sandra,

No there is no way to do this currently. It could raise a few tricky issues. Are the billed items intended for an animal owned by both owners? Otherwise their would be billed items for a customer who didn't have a patient-owner relationship.

RE: Transferring account balances

Hi Sandra,

We could provide a transfer button but as Matt suggests this would need to prompt the user for patient mappings from the old to the new customer throughout the transfer process. Possible but maybe best still handled via a manual process ?

Cheers Tony
