Trouble adding a new visit or note with only certain clients or patients.

Hi, this only happens occasionally,

but with a patient that had a recent visit, all the subsequent visits have appeared after the visit on the 17th, even if we book a new visit, check them in and go through waiting room to do the new consult. I have also tried entering a new visit and date and then adding new notes, finalised the bill, still seems to be added after the 17th, any explanation?

I've noticed this happening intermittently as well.

I think I've tracked it down to clicking on "In Progress" rather than "Completed" when invoicing.  When starting a new visit and note, the note is by default "completed", but if you click "in progress" at invoicing (because I've got more things to add later), the note changes from "completed" to "in progress".  Subsequently clicking "completed" at invoicing does NOT change the note back from "in progress" to completed" and I will then have the same issues as the OP.

I now always click "Completed", even if I haven't and then just go back through the Worklists/Consult/ok clicks if I need to add anything to the invoice.  Since doing that I've found that Visits/Notes behave as they should.
