Re: User levels
The user levels only effect report access. In the reporting->Reports workspace users will only see reports that are the same or less than their user level. You can set the user level for each report in the report template.
Actual access privileges are determined by categories (for administrator access) and roles. Currently we only defined one role (administrator) which can do everything but we can potentially create any number of roles and assign specific archetype based privileges to each. Can edit but not create customers etc
