Waiting time report

Hi,

Does anyone have a report for the time a client is waiting before consult?

Time from when they are checked in (Pending) to when the note is added (In Progress)?

Thanks,

Greta

Re: Waiting time report

Greta - one of the standard 1.9 reports is 'Wait Time Statistics' whose description is 'Displays statistics for appointment wait times'.

When you run it for the first time, it is worth checking the 'Display explanation' checkbox as there are lots of options.

Note that I have an outstanding improvement request to fix a problem that we now have in Hong Kong where there are now two practice locations which use the same same schedule and worklist names (eg both EIAH and Tseung Kwan O have a worklist named 'Waiting Room').  I don't think that this affects you, but yell if it does.

Re: Waiting time report

Hi Tim,

That looks like it would be great. I'm sorry though, but I can't see it in my OpenVPMS. Should it just be in my reports automatically or do I need to save it from somewhere?

Re: Waiting time report

Ahah - this report was added in the 1.9.1 release (see https://openvpms.org/openvpms-1.9.1 )

Either you are running 1.9 or your reports were not updated when 1.9.1 (or later) was installed.

In both cases, you might want to download the 1.9.3 release from https://openvpms.org/download and expand its zip file then:

a) Copy the MySQL JDBC driver mysql-connector-java-5.1.<x>-bin.jar from <OPENVPMS_HOME>/lib to <OPENVPMS_1.9.3>/lib

b) then use the upgraded version templateload (see https://openvpms.org/documentation/csh/1.9/topics/installing-openvpms/up... ) to load ONLY the 1.9.3 reports (and not the document templates for which you may have customised versions).

That is, don't upgrade to 1.9.3 (though you may want to do this at some stage) but do grab the 1.9.3 report set.
