Which modem to use

We have just changed over to the on-line VPMS version and our current modem is not working...it enables only one terminal to operate at a time; we have seven. The modem is a TP-Link. Could someone tell us which modem is recommended, what to purchase etc.

The person who setup the online version should have setup a VPN to your hospital allowing multiple sessions at a time.   Regarding choice of modem ...its really up to that person and what they are familiar with.

Routers:

The above routers can be placed behind a modem to provide VPN connections.
