Word Processing advice please

Is anyone a Word guru?
Our boarding form prints in Duplex, Admission details on page one in Portrait format, daily records on the back in a Landscape Table. The Template in oVPMS opens and prints normally but for some reason when it is attached to a client using the New/Form in documents the back page forces itself into Portrait and cuts off columns.
The document used to print perfectly and apart from merge field changes to suit Open VPMS has not been changed.
Can anyone give me advice?
While on merge-fields even in Version 1.3 Desexing status on forms still comes up as True or False - is there a way around this?
Cheers,
Nick

With your document, if you preview the template, does it appear with the back page in portrait? If you preview as attached form how does the back page appear?
Lastly, wrt to your merge fields I don't use word but am happy to try and fiddle to see if conditionals can be made to work (post a sample template). This is how I handle true/false values in Openoffice. Alternatively we could convert your word doc that requires the conditionals into open office docs as a workaround.

Re: Word Processing advice please
Not sure either but have something you can try.
In Administration ->Templates select the template in question and edit it and change the orientation to None. When merging/printing documents OpenVPMS send this information to open office and this may be overriding the documents internal settings. Worth a try anyway :-)
