Work lists not updating since new version

Hi,
Sorry in advanced if this has been discussed/addressed prior to this posting.
Since the new update we have noticed that some of our worklists are not updating automatically as they used to. Specifically it is when animals are transferred from the scheduler to either our hospital or surgery work lists at both clinics. The waiting room and reception lists are fine. Even if we refresh the screen they are only updated if we log out of one clinic, into the other, and then log back into the correct clinic. Clearly this is a bit annoying and a waste of time, and we suspect is a bit of a glitch.
Hope this can be rectified in the permanent update.

I have tried to replicate this here with no luck.
What is confusing is I believe you are saying some worklists refresh while others do not ?
When refreshing the screen do you do a Alt-F ( click Find button) ?
Is it consistent between workstations ?

Yes that is correct. On our system we have our Hospital and Surgery list on the same page for both clinics and it is these 2 lists that do not refresh unless we log out completely or switch to the other clinic and back again. It is consistent on all computers at both clinics I believe. The nurses are getting sick of the vets being cranky about patients not being transferred into hospital!!
When refreshing we click the 'Find' button - I presume this is the same as Alt/F?

Yes, Alt-F same as clicking Find button.
As yet I can't seem to replicate this here or on a number of other systems I have access to. Just to make sure I am tetsing the correct process is this during the Check-In process or using the Transfer button in Worklists?

I think I might know what is happening here. In previous versions if it was inactive the session would time out and you would have to log back in.
In 1.5 it doesn't time out or at least it's a long time- sometimes overnight. If it has been left logged in overnight the next day the worklists will be on the previous day. Just pressing the find button won't resolve it you will need to press the today button (the stop button in the centre of the navigation buttons) and then press find.
It confused us alot when we first upgraded, you just need to get in the habit of checking which day you are on.

Tony - It is when animals are checked in from the surgery scheduler into the work list, rather than being transferred from another work list I believe.
Matt - I'm not certain about your idea as all of our computers are generally logged out overnight unless one gets forgotten. However of all the computers that are not logged out it tends to be the ones in the work room, where the vets are looking for patients.
I will email all staff to ensure they remember to log off every computer every night, and see if this solves the problem. If it doesn't. I will get back to you!
